We have standardized our rates!

In order to do the Auto Payment with bank draft or credit card you will have to fill out and mail in our Auto Payment Form. * Special autopay rate available only for dial-up service.

If you would like our best value and want to commit to 2 years of service then fill out and mail in our User Agreement.

Please be aware that it takes up to five days for either of the above forms (Auto Payment or User Agreement) to be processed, so please give us enough time before your next billing period comes up or it will have to be delayed one month.

Please read the agreement carefully and if you have any questions contact us by email at techsupport@semo.net.

Here is a checklist of things you need to complete:

FAQ's for User Agreements

Where can I get a copy of the User Agreement?

For signing: http://www.semo.net/documents/useragreement.pdf

I can't load/view/print the agreement?

This probably means that you don't have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your system. Acrobat is a program just like Internet Explorer or WordPad that allows you to view a file. Acrobat is free and can be downloaded from the Internet at Adobe's site: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html. If you have never installed software off the Internet onto your computer, you might not want to go this route as the processing can be a bit confusing. We will gladly mail you a copy of the agreement.

What if money gets tight and I can't pay?

If you feel that there may be times when you might not have the funds available to pay for the fees associated with the user agreement, we would recommend that you not put yourself at risk by signing our agreements.

What if I have to move?

If customer submits a copy of customer's electric or telephone bill from their new location and if we don't service that area, we will terminate the user agreement with no penalty.

What if my computer breaks?

Customer cannot be excused from this agreement for customer's lack of equipment, functionality of equipment or quality phone service.

What if semo.net's rates change in an area, does that affect the agreement?

The customer's rate cannot go up without their permission.

What if I want to change my plan?

We will require them to sign a new user agreement for the new rate should they desire to make that change, their terms will be the same (i.e., if customer changes rate in the16th month of a 2 year agreement (24 months), the new agreement will be in affect for 8 months -- not another 24 months.)

What if I am paid up for a year already, can I sign a user agreement?

Yes. Once we receive the signed user agreement, we will credit your account the amount of unused service you have prepaid. You can choose at that time to receive a refund check or allow the credit to stay on account and be applied to the monthly rate.

What if I don't want to pay by auto-draft or credit card?

We do not recommend that you sign up for a User Agreement. But customers auto-payment will only be processed in the event that customer doesn't have a credit balance. So to prevent an auto-draft or credit card from being processed, the customer can prepay for the monthly fees PRIOR to the first day of the billing month. Customer does this at their own risk and semo.net is not responsible should the "prepayment" not get to us in time to prevent the auto-payment. Should this happen, customer's account will be recorded with two payments in one month and the credit balance will be used for the next billing period.
